Girala come vuoi: a new online platform for the Martesana land telling project
Girala come vuoi is a cinema project whose goal is to describe a land through the eyes of those who live in it and of those who cross or look at it for the first time.
This land-telling project is going to narrate the story of the Martesana, an artificial canal that links Milan to the Adda river, through a work of valorisation supported exclusively by the people who will become directors of their own video, recording a particular place or a moment of their day in Martesana.
The initiative will take place from 18 to 24 March 2019 with the sponsorship of the Lombardy Region, the City of Milan, the Chamber of Commerce Milan Monza Brianza Lodi and many municipalities of the Martesana.
How to participate?
- Choose a place, a story, an emotion to tell
- Record it with your smartphone, camera, go-pro, reflex, as long as the video is not mounted and lasts up to 3 minutes
- Upload the video on the platform
The videos received will go to make a film that will be presented to the public on June 29th.
