In order to satisfy our clients’ needs we have implemented a Quality Management System in conformity with the ISO 9001:2015 code, a clear effort to continuously test and improve all the company processes, with a particular attention to the most innovative ones. The ISO 9001:2015, which specifies the requirements of a Quality Management System (QMS), is part of the ISO 9000 family of norms, published by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO), and establishes the criteria that businesses can employ so as to show their ability to offer products and services meeting customers’ and normative requirements.

With this certification, we are committed to guarantee the best practices related to the security of all information, offering an independent and qualified control in order to assure that the security information management process is compliant with the international guidelines. ISO/IEC 27001:2013, jointly published from the International Standardization Organisation (ISO) and the International Electrotecnical Commission (IEC), provides a framework for the management of risks associated with the security of information, always assuring the protection of sensitive data.

To certify our group as a punctual, trustworthy, efficient and eco-friendly supplier, we have implemented a Management System compliant with ISO 14001:2015 code. Our aim is to include all our staff, customers, suppliers and partners in a raising sensibilization on problems deriving from the environmental impacts of certain activities. ISO 14001:2015 relates the requirements for an Environment Management System (EMS), providing a picture to help companies make their environmental performances better, fulfill the compliance obligations and reach their environmental goals.

To promote equality and an inclusive work environment, we have adopted UNI/Pdr 125:2022 guidelines. This certification specifies the requirements for a management system promoting gender equality in businesses, and the necessary regulations to evaluate and improve inside politics and processes. Developed from the Italian Standards Body (UNI), it represents a necessary instrument which shows our dedication in the creation of a fair environment, respectful of all kinds of differences.

The international standard ensures a safe and clean work environment, reducing all risks and improving the prevention of any incident. This certification comes from a rigorous evaluation process and the implementation of security management and personnel training measures. Thanks to the ISO 37001:2016 certification we guarantee our engagement in the prevention of corruption and the promotion of our business integrity. This international standard defines the requirements for an efficient anti-corruption management system and promotes an ethical and transparent culture into the Group, enforcing the relationships of trust among employees and third parties.

The international SA8000 certification acknowldges our engagement aimed at social responsibility, guaranteeing the respect of rigorous ethical criteria, such as the right to a safe work, the protection against every form of exploitation and the promotion of decent work conditions. SA8000 reflects our mission of operating with integrity, always focusing on the wellbeing of our employees as well as that of the communities we preside.

Internet&Idee prioritizes the security of information implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) compliant with UNI CEI EN ISO 27001:2013 code. Among its main objectives is to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, privacy and control of the company information. Our Executive Board is committed to define roles and responsibilities, and to integrate the ISMS in all business’s processes, to monitor threats and promote a steady security culture. Every staff member has to actively contribute, and the company politics must be periodically examined and implemented. The board makes sure that the resources employed are adequate, and establishes clear goals for the protection of information.
